Brian Asin is the Managing Partner of Brian Asin & Co. Advocates LLP and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in good standing, with experience spanning private practice and the financial services sector. He provides strategic leadership to the Firm and advises clients on dispute resolution, arbitration, corporate governance, ESG and regulatory compliance. He holds certifications in Company Secretarial Practice, Environmental Sustainability & Governance and Legal & Compliance Audits, and regularly advises corporates, NGOs and boards, combining strong legal analysis with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
