Dr. Rodney Odhiambo Oluoch is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over eighteen years’ experience in litigation, tax law, arbitration, corporate governance and public sector advisory. He holds a Doctorate of Law and a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the University of South Africa, and brings depth and structure to complex legal strategy, particularly where governance and regulation intersect. He has strong expertise in board advisory, legislative drafting, pension governance and devolution-related legal frameworks, and is valued for thoughtful analysis, clarity of legal positioning and comprehensive advisory support.
